DISNEY!

My brother, Jacob and his cute family are in town. I let Duce skip school and we went to Disney with them. Wonderful grandma Munns offered to watch Josie and baby Tee (I pumped a few bottles for him and he did GREAT) We had a wonderful time...the weather was perfect..high was 72, I think. And because all got in free (THANK YOU to our disney hook-up) we didn't feel bad when we decided to head home shortly before 4 PM. The kids all hit their walls, so why force it.

Growing up, I LOVED the haunted mansion, so we thought it would be fun to take the kids on it. I remember it being more funny than scary...well, before the ride even started we had three in tears. Avery rode the whole time with her face buried in my neck. Duce had his shirt up around his face. But my brave Jett was perched up nice and high so he wouldn't miss a thing!

Tiffany took all the kdis on the Alice and Wonderland tea cup ride. Just looking at it made me want to throw up...I am not into the spinning rides. That was one ride Avery loved.

This was the highlight for Avery. We went to listen to storytime with Belle while the other kids did the race cars and SHE WAS CALLED UP TO ACT IN HER PLAY! She was chip in the story...the thrill of her little life was being on stage with belle!

This was another hit with all the kids. And other than the tea pots, the only other ride Avery enjoyed. She is more into the shows and parades and meeting the characters. The boys would move into splash mountain, if allowed. That was their favorite.

Gotta love kids honesty

So a few days after I had Tee, Avery said to me, "How come you're still a little bit fat?" What do you say to that????? "Well dear...mom isn't like some women who slip right back into their pre-pregnancy jeans the day after birth" or "Well, dear...mom enjoyed her ice cream almost every single night she was pregnant a litttle too much" Needless to say, I've got a ways to go!

Announcing.......

This was taken by Avery and the other was taken Monday night before leaving for the hospital

Here he is...Tee Daniel Anderson. He was born just after 12:00 PM Tuesday. He weighed 8 poundf 6 ounces abd was 21/4 inches long...our featherweight! His birth was like the rest, and i know I'm lucky!! He came after two short pushes....star to finish, about 5-10 minutes.

And just like that, we are a family of seven!

This was the first time EVER all of my sisters were together for a birth...I'm so happy that it was mine. Not only were the sisters, but all the newest cousins...it was quite a peanut gallery. Even my doctor had to take a picture od all the carseats lined up in a row to watch their newest cousin being born. From left to right...oldest to youngest....Elleanor(leah's), Goldie(shelly's), Kate (kara's), Declan (vanessa's), and baby Tee (mine!)

NO MORE WAITING

Today is the day....finally, I get to trade in one kind of pain for another....and I'm acutally looking forward to it. I will be admitted into Celebration hospital at 10 PM to begin my induction! Judging by how all my other inductions went, i should have the baby sometime tomorrow morning. Recently I've had complete strangers tell me how brave we are...."brave or crazy", I say...most of the time I think crazy! Anyway....we will let you know how things go and post pictures of the final Anderson baby as soon as we can!

no more "craisin"

For those of you who don't live near by, you haven't seen Jett's "little buddy". Over the Christmas break, it started off as a red freckle and then it went bizerk! We were told it was a pyrogenic granuloma....basically a rogue blood vessel. This thing would bleed EVERYWHERE! The dermatologist could have removed it in office, but because it was so close to his eye, he had to go into Arnold Palmer Pediatric hospital for out-patient surgery to get this thing off.

So Friday we went in and everything went PERFECT! They gave hime some liquid versed which basically put him to sleep so he never even knew he had an IV put in. When he woke up, he asked when they were going to take it off....not knowing it was already off. So if you ask him how it happened, he says, " drank some medicine and it just fell off" Thank heavens for modern medicine!

a little groggy and a lot happy!
