My camera, that is. I came downstairs to find it on the floor...and the lense will NOT retract and it will not power on or off. Just says "lense error". When I looked at the memory card, it was a dead give away as to who the last person was to use it....Jo! So my question is this....What camera should I get?!?!? I just need a little one for everyday use. My broken camera is a Nikon coolpix. I have really liked it. But was wondering if anyone had one that they love....should I switch it up?!?!

ours is the canon powershot SD100 IS. there are like a million powershot versions so i had to double check on the number. we like it a lot and it's the perfect size to carry around in my purse everyday. i think they sell it at costco but it might depend. good luck!
i have a canon powershot as well, not sure the sd# but i have liked it a lot, pretty affordable for very good quality..although the canon rebel is on my wishlist, of 10 years...
